Ms. Kelli graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders, specializing in Audiology from Illinois State University. She then worked at EEC for a year before applying to graduate school. She moved to Springfield, MO and attended Missouri State University, where she got her Masters Degree in the Education of the Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing, specializing in birth through age 21. Kelli spent 4 years teaching Preschool-3rd grade in a public school in Charleston, IL. She then accepted a job at a private school in Urbana, IL where she spent two years teaching Preschool and PreK in an Auditory Oral classroom. In August of 2014, Kelli came back to EEC as the assistant director, and became president in October of 2014. Ms. Kelli has over 10 years of experience working with children between the ages of birth-14 years of age. Kelli grew up in Mackinaw and graduated from Dee-Mack High School.
